The dining/tasting can be either indoors or "al fresco".  Being a very warm day, we chose the indoors and also selected the "cold" rather than the "hot" lunch.  Setting on the table prepared for us were 6 large bottles of wine (3 red, and 3 white).  We were encouraged to drink as much as we wished (no teeny-tiny sips). The "cold" lunch was a large platter of gourmet breads, cheese and meats.  This was followed by a plate of assorted "dulce" (desserts) accompanied by a bottle of dessert wine.  This in turn. was followed by Limoncello liqueur, and lastly by a shot of Grappe. If I'm ever in Italy, I will make it a point to return to Fattoria Il Poggio.
